Pre Sale Questions

We accept payment by credit card, debit card, zippay via our secure payments portal. Please note that payments via card will incur a processing fee from the provider. Caprindi does not set these fees and vary from the provider used.

We do accept telephone orders via sms only once you have an account open with us. This process will be followed by an email with a payment link sent to you which can be paid online. We do not take orders or payments over the telephone for any new order or changes to an existing order. If you are experiencing issues or would like to sms us with placing your order online please email sales@caprindi.com for our contact details so we can confirm you are already in our system

Australian Orders

1-3 Days Express estimated

We offer Express shipping with Australia Post which provides shipping within 2-3 days within Australia. This delivery option includes tracking. This service is not provided by Caprindi so therefore we do not take responsibility for an item that may take longer than scheduled.

Yes, we do ship overseas to the UK, USA, EU, UAE, and INDONESIA. For all international orders please contact Info@Caprindi.Com

If placing an order before 12. Midday your item will be shipped out express the same day.
If a pre-order item is ordered please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery this is due to our hair being crafted in our factory which is located overseas in Russia so extra time is needed.

Feel free to use our Personal Colour Match service, attach an image and we will reply to you with our colour suggestion. We offer our best endeavours to suggest the best colour but we are working within the limits of the image you send - so no filtered, dark, blurred or poor-quality photos, take a photo front and back in natural light near a window with the light behind the person taking the photo. No filters or flash is to be used as this can change the colour. Please note we may not be able to get an exact match but the closest shade can still give a very natural result and blend in nicely.
Make sure you are sending a jpeg image and also the size of the image isn’t too large. If this still does not work then please use the contact form and we will be in contact.
Our 100% Human Hair products are authentic products and as such can vary slightly in shade or tone between batches. Whilst we strive to keep our base shades as close as possible to the International Colour Chart, we cannot guarantee absolute colour match from batch to batch every single time. If you are not happy with the colour match, you have two weeks to exchange the product from the date of purchase providing any items returned comply with our published Terms & Conditions.

As hair extensions have no natural oil themselves hair Regular application of leave-in moisture treatments is necessary for the longevity of your hair. Do not apply excessive heat when styling with a dryer, straighteners or other styling tools - this burns the hair, and is the number 1 killer of hair extensions causing dry split ends and fades the colour. Hair should be brushed before washing. It is essential to use shampoo and conditioners that are free of sulphate proteins, keratin and sodium chloride. These ingredients can promote breakage from the reconstruction of the hair which is caused by proteins and keratins., that affect the strands. After washing the hair, gently squeeze excess water out and gently towel dry. Do not ever rub the hair dry, just gently squeeze hair within the towel. When drying hair only a low heat should be used.

Orange or pink discolouration (sometimes described as brassiness) can have several causes. Whilst it is to be expected that some colour change can occur over the life of the hair extensions Likely causes of discolouration can be exposure to chlorine, salt water, UV or minerals that can be found in tap water in hard water areas. Most sun creams and tanning products applied to your skin can also cause discolouration from rubbing on the skin Hair extensions can be particularly vulnerable when on holiday due to the extra sun, swimming and different tap water if the extensions are washed. By ensuring you keep your extensions out of the sun, the pool and the sea you can minimise the risks of discolouration. Some oils, shampoos and conditioners can also discolour, we suggest using Caprindi hair care products to keep the longevity of your extensions.

Our human hair extensions are real human hair and just like natural hair, our extensions behave the same way. Your professional may use semi-water colours with no ammonia to colour your extensions. As with your natural hair, if coloured, the colour may fade over time. This colour fade can happen for several reasons from the use of certain products, to the use of high-temperature styling products to the elements such as sun exposure.

We use only human hair extensions including in our Clip-in Extensions The length of our extensions depends on the wearer and how the hair is cared for.

We are confident our hair is 100% human remy hair, we have 6-year long business relationship with our supplier and know and trust our products are satisfactory. All our hair is Remy which is considered to be the finest quality of human hair and is a term used for hair that is ‘Cuticle Correct’ (has cuticles facing the same direction). This is a must for extensions and means that when prepared all the hair strands are placed in the same downward direction making the extensions far less likely to matt or tangle and are completely natural in appearance.

We understand sometimes the colour looks different in person, therefore we accept colour exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date. We do not accept exchanges on pre-order colours. Tools accessories or hair care products. Please note that this is a hygiene product therefore we require a hygiene security seal to remain intact for an exchange, any tampering or replacement of the security seal will void your exchange. We supply our extensions to professionals, therefore please complete our supplier form online and once we receive your details we will send an email with your confirmation and login details to start ordering.
